For weddings, galas, corporate dinners, family reunions
A personalised seating chart for weddings and large events, ready in a minute.
Paste your RSVP’d guest list with free-text notes (“don’t seat Aunt Karen with Uncle Rick”, “Grandma needs an aisle seat”, “the college friends are one group”), tell us the venue shape (tables × seats per table, plus optional head or sweetheart table), and in about a minute you get three alternate arrangements (family-cluster, mix-and-mingle, strict-constraints) plus three print-ready 300dpi PDFs per arrangement: alphabetical Find Your Seat, table-by-table master chart, individual table cards. Flat $9, no subscription, 48-hour one-click refund, no questions.

It holds every constraint at once
Humans hold about 7 items in working memory — which is why seating a 200-guest wedding by hand takes a weekend and still lands Aunt Karen next to Uncle Rick. The solver holds every don't-seat-together, keep-together, accessibility, and dietary constraint simultaneously, and the hard don't-seat-together pairs are never violated.
Three arrangements, one price
Every order returns three alternate arrangements — family-cluster (relatives grouped), mix-and-mingle (guests spread across tables to encourage conversation), and strict-constraints (optimised purely for the rules you wrote). Pick the one that looks right for your event.
Print-ready PDFs
Each arrangement ships with three PDFs rendered at 300dpi on both A4 and letter paper: an alphabetical Find Your Seat list for the entry table, a table-by-table master chart, and individual table cards. No manual formatting work before the venue print run.
One price, no lock-in
$9 per chart. No subscription, no account, and a 48-hour one-click refund, no questions, if it didn't work for your event.
How it works
- 1. Paste your guest list. Name, group, and free-text notes per guest — the parser turns those notes into structured constraints.
- 2. Tell us the venue shape. Number of tables × seats per table, plus optional head or sweetheart table. Pay $9.
- 3. Print the PDFs. Three arrangements × three PDFs each, landing in your inbox in about a minute. Full 48-hourrefund if it didn’t work.
When this is the right tool
Weddings (20–300 RSVP’d guests), corporate dinners and galas, bar / bat mitzvahs, rehearsal dinners, and large family reunions where multiple groups need to share a room. Anywhere the seating plan involves more than a dozen constraints and real social tension.
When this isn’t the tool
Conferences with open seating, cocktail receptions without assigned tables, small dinners (under 20 guests) where a paper napkin is faster, or ceremonies that need a precise seat-by-seat layout (down to which specific seat at a round table each guest takes). seatly assigns guests to tables, not to specific seats at a table. If the constraint set can’t be satisfied at the table count you gave us, we return a specific actionable error instead of shipping a broken plan.
